Smoked Salmon and Herb Cream Cheese Bagel Recipe
Here is a recipe from Food Network that we wanted to share with you.
8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 tablespoon scallions (white and green parts)
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon milk
Pinch of kosher salt
3 slices smoked salmon
Mix the first 6 ingredients in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on low speed until blended.
Slice the bagel into 3 pieces lengthwise to make 6 pieces. Spread cream cheese on the bottoms of the rounds and top each with a slice of salmon. Place the 3 top rounds over the salmon and serve.
