Bacon, Egg, Cheese, and Spinach Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
This bacon, egg, cheese, and spinach sandwich is a delicious way to start the day and is quick and easy to prepare. Try it any morning of the week.
1 bagel or bagel thin of your choice
2 slices of bacon
1 slice of cheese of your choice
1 handful fresh spinach
Butter to taste (optional)
Cook the bacon using your preferred method (skillet, oven, microwave). While the bacon is cooking, fry the eggs to your desired degree of doneness.
Slice the bagel in half and butter each side (optional). Top the bottom half of the bagel with the cheese, eggs, bacon, and spinach. Grill the bagel in a skillet or cook it in a panini press. You can also toast the bagel and top it with the ingredients to make a sandwich.
